
This year I have big GOALS. Last year I committed myself to finally LIVING "health and wellness" (rather than talking, reading, and dreaming about it). 2014 lead me to great results losing 30 hard earned pounds through Beachbody Challenge Groups. It gave me a new outlook on life and I started seeing dreams come to fruition.
2015 I am revising my mission statement from "Living health and wellness" to "Living and Promoting Health & Wellness". I want to help inspire others to live a more healthy life. I've always had this passion and drive to share what I know, but truly didn't know the avenue to which to do it. Finding the Beachbody Challenge groups was almost fateful as NOW I know I have an outlet to help spread the word. I SO believe in these challenge groups as they have been what has pushed me to believe that I could finally do it.
So... Goals for 2015 (focused list):
- Get into the BEST SHAPE of my life (Rock that bikini come Summer)!
- Help and inspire others get healthy through clean eating and exercise.
- Lead with kindness and compassion.
- Learn and practice balance (Saying "No" when needed).
